At the same time, international churches (ICs) are growing in number but not fast enough to keep pace with the migrant movement. There are an estimated 3,000 international churches worldwide—but 80% of them are under-resourcedand led by pastors who are bi-vocational or unpaid.

There are ~2,400 under-resourced ICs today. If we can reach even 10–15% of their pastors with regular coaching, peer connection, and healthy models of leadership, we believe we can trigger a tipping point—fanning into flame a renewed global IC movement.
We’ve seen it firsthand in Dubai. What if that could happen in Nairobi? Seoul? Santiago?
